Dear Individual Members of ESTSS:
Hope you are in good spirits and doing well in these challenging times.
As you know, according to the ESTSS statutes, the ESTSS board is renewed every two years. Individual members who are registered through an affiliated society, or from a country without a local member society, every two years elect one Board member to represent them on the ESTSS Board.
The next two-year term (2023-2024) starts January 1, 2023. Currently, we are in the process of assuring the smooth transfer of functions between the current and next boards.
We would like to invite you to participate in the election of an individual member of ESTSS for the next two-year term.
Every individual member can become a candidate for the Board. He/she needs to present a signed support declaration of at least ten other individual members to be eligible for election.
Candidates should apply to the ESTSS secretariat (secretariat@estss.org) by e-mail with the following four attachments:
The deadline for nominations is October 30, 2022. After this deadline, we will proceed with the elections.
All individual members are eligible to vote for nominees. Voting will be possible using the members-only section of the ESTSS website from October 31 - November 6, 2022.
