ESTSS expresses its condolences and offers support to Latvia after shopping center tragedy

A very sad event happened in Latvian capital city Riga in November 21th,2013: The roof of a big shopping center collapsed, and at least 50 people died to current estimations, and even more injured. ESTSS feels deep empathy for Latvian families and relatives of victims and is ready to collaborate with Latvian institutions in efforts of providing support to affected individuals.
