  • Doing What Matters in Times of Stress (https://www.who.int/publications/i/item/9789240003927) can be used by individuals themselves (unguided) and is available in many languages. There is audio support
  • The MHPSS Network (https://www.mhpss.net/). A growing global platform for connecting people, networks and organizations, for sharing resources and for building knowledge related to mental health and psychosocial support both in emergency settings and in situations of chronic hardship. The network functions as an online community of practice for mental health and psychosocial support in challenging humanitarian and development contexts.   • GPS - Global Psychotrauma Screen (https://www.global-psychotrauma.net/gps) is a screening instrument designed to identify reactions to a severe stressor or potentially traumatic event.  Available in many languages including Polish and Russian
  • The International Trauma Questionnaire (https://www.traumameasuresglobal.com/itq)  is a brief, simply-worded measure, focusing only on the core features of PTSD and CPTSD, and employs straightforward diagnostic rules
  • REFUGEE HEALTH SCREENER - 15 (RHS-15) - is a tool for screening refugees for emotional distress and mental health. The RHS-15 was developed in a community public health setting to be an efficient and effective way to sensitively detect the range of emotional distress common across refugee groups. The English Version of the RHS-15 is for informational purposes only. It is not intended for use in refugee populations.
